Since 1990 the Qualifizierungsprojekt has been offering vocational education for immigrant women. The participants come from all over the world and are prepared for work in the medical, service or social sectors. We also prepare our participants, who have no diplomas or school-leaving certificates, to take a battery of tests set by the Senate of Berlin. These tests certify that the test-taker has the equivalent of the Berufsbildungsreife [9th grade] or the erweiterte Berufsbildungsreife [10th grade].
Ten teachers from six different countries teach at the Qualifizierungsprojekt. We speak German, English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish, Croatian, Italian, Russian, Singhalese, Polish, Serbian, and Bosnian.
We offer two different courses, one for the Berufsbildungsreife (BBR) and one for the erweiterte Berufsbildungsreife (eBBR). In both courses students recieve:
